New Version of VisualBuild Released
The build management solution for Windows and web developers gets an update.
[ClickPress, Tue Jan 24 2006] Kinook Software announces the release of Visual Build Professional 6, a major update to their award-winning build management tool. Visual Build Professional allows Windows developers and build masters to save time and money by creating an automated, repeatable process for building software.
This update contains a host of new features that make it easier than ever to automate the build process. Major new features include:
- An updated user interface with fully customizable docking panes, menus, toolbars, and keyboard shortcuts
- Unlimited undo/redo when editing projects
- Instant navigation to build errors and browser-style navigation
- A code completing script editor supporting JScript, PerlScript, Python, RubyScript, and VBScript
- Support for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, Visual Studio Team System, IBM Rational ClearCase, and Borland Developer Studio 2006
- Incremental copy and folder synchronization to and from FTP servers
- Over 20 new custom actions and enhancements to many existing actions

Visual Build Professional runs on Windows 2000, XP, 2003, x64, and Vista. Installation requires 20 MB of free disk space.
